About Counseling

There are many reasons people seek counseling. There are very specific reasons such as grief, anger, divorce, relationship issues, trauma, depression, or anxiety. Others may come when they feel stuck or at a crossroad in their life. Despite the reason people seek counseling, my job will always be to listen, support, provide objectivity, ask questions, and give honest feedback. I would welcome the opportunity to meet with you, discuss your counseling needs, and to join you in your journey of self-discovery and growth.
